All core functionality operates primarily on your device.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes.

You agree not to:

• Interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality

• Attempt to bypass or manipulate app restrictions in unintended ways

• Use the App in any way that may harm others or violate applicable laws

5. Permissions and Device Access

To function properly, the App may request the following permissions:

Motion & Fitness Data

Used to track steps and enable earning of screen time through activity.

Screen Time / Family Controls

Used to monitor and limit app usage based on your selected preferences.

Notifications

Used to send reminders, updates, and alerts related to your usage and goals.

You may manage or revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings. Disabling permissions may limit or disable certain features of the App.

6. In-App Purchases

The App may offer optional in-app purchases through Apple’s App Store.

• All payments are processed by Apple and subject to Apple’s terms and conditions.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase.

• We do not collect, process, or store your payment information.

Subscriptions (if applicable)

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

• Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

• You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account settings.

7. No Guarantees or Outcomes

Scroll Block is intended as a support tool for managing digital habits.

We do not guarantee:

• Reduction in screen time

• Behavioral or lifestyle changes

• Continuous or error-free operation

Use of the App is at your own discretion.

8. No Medical or Health Advice

The App may use activity-related data such as step counts but does not provide medical or health advice.

The App is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Always consult a qualified professional for medical guidance.

9. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

• Data is processed primarily on your device

• We do not store personal data on external servers

• We do not sell or share personal data

10. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including its design, features, branding, and content, are owned by Scroll Block.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute the App

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

• Use our trademarks or branding without permission

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
